Natalie assists lawyers on real estate-related matters such as purchase and sale transactions, refinancing, due diligence reviews and searches, transaction agreement follow-ups, mortgage instruction reviews, reports, compliance with various requirements, and preparation of all necessary documentation for the lawyer’s review before the client’s execution of same.
She serves as a liaison between the mortgagees, real estate agents, land registry officers, lawyers and clients in all matters related to the above-noted transactions.
With a foundation in chemical technology, Natalie navigated the intricacies of the legal field supporting an array of professionals and the public with diligence and passion for over 20 years before graduating with honors as a licensed paralegal. She brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to Harris+Harris LLP.
Her professional trajectory extends beyond the legal sphere and includes software design, hospitality management training and entrepreneurship.
Natalie is a voracious reader of mystery novels and indulges her creative side through poetry writing and volunteering as a farmhand. Whether advocating for social justice or supporting environmental initiatives, Natalie strongly believes in making a meaningful difference, even if done anonymously.
