Harris + Harris LLP is a dynamic business law firm in West Toronto (Highway 427 and
Bloor Street) committed to providing exceptional client service. In addition to our
business law focus, we have lawyers with expertise in other areas of law, including
securities, commercial litigation, employment, estates and real estate.

We believe there is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer and an
Employment Lawyer to join our firm. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of relevant
experience, as well as a high level of professionalism, and excellent advocacy and
interpersonal skills. A full or partial practice would be an asset, but not required.

Litigation Lawyer candidates should have commercial litigation experience appearing
before various levels of courts. Employment Lawyer candidates should have experience
in solicitor matters (e.g. drafting employment agreements and policies, handling wrongful
dismissal employment terminations and providing general advice to employers and
employees), with experience in litigation matters being an asset but not required.
