Kimberly Sarris is a Corporate Law Clerk experienced in incorporations and maintenance within Provincial jurisdictions throughout Canada, amendments, dissolutions, revivals; extra-provincial registration and maintenance, business name registrations and maintenance, partnership and limited partnership registrations and maintenance, maintaining law firm database system.

Kimberly conducts all aspects of corporate searches; PPSA registrations, renewals, discharges, amendments and searches and is responsible for preparation and maintenance of annual proceedings and annual returns for all Corporations maintained under database system.
